ZS Associates is hiring a Business Technology Solutions Associate specializing in Generative AI for its primary Indian technology hubs. Operating at the intersection of data science, technology consulting, and custom product engineering, this role focuses on deploying cutting-edge AI transformations for global enterprise accounts. You will sit side-by-side with data architects and business analysts to break down abstract commercial problems into programmatic logic. The daily scope centers on writing database queries, building data pipeline automation scripts, testing analytical logic blocks, and leveraging advanced AI productivity tools to accelerate solution rollouts under continuous agile engineering frameworks.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Business Analytics, Management Information Systems (MIS), or a closely related quantitative field with documented academic excellence.
• Strong foundational programming skills in Python to construct data operations, interface with APIs, and build modular logic scripts.
• High structural proficiency in Relational Database Management System (RDBMS) design concepts alongside intermediate to advanced SQL capabilities to extract, clean, and aggregate dataset layers.
• Clear, practical understanding of fundamental data structures, basic computing logic, and algorithmic execution models.
• Foundational familiarity or practical understanding of utilizing modern AI productivity tools—specifically deploying GitHub Co-pilot ecosystems and utilizing text-to-SQL generation models to accelerate development loops.
• Foundational baseline familiarity with Big Data frameworks and main cloud infrastructure environments (such as Amazon Web Services [AWS], Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform [GCP]).
• Awareness or practical training across multi-tier software testing structures—including Agile sprints, System Integration Testing (SIT), embedded QA reviews, and unit test automation.
• Superior verbal and written communication patterns to seamlessly pitch analytical results, present mid-development reviews, and document engineering implementation plans for both internal squads and client executives.
